When I go the this url and input my phone number (yes, it is valid), I get this error message:

 

URL: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Error: "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."

 

When I go to the following url and input my email address, I get this error message:

 

URL: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

Error: "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."

 

I have signed up but forgot my password. I am getting updates and spam sms from Public Mobile.

I have the same issue. Its a loop. I messaged the moderators.

I have received emails from Public, giving me the welcome dialog, telling me that my account has been set up, but when I try to sign in my password is rejected, so I try to do a reset thru my Email address, but I get the message: Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address

can you help me get this issue resolved

Hi @abelhabel 

Did you use the same email with self serve and with the community account? You may be getting emails about your community account but maybe your self serve account was with typo or maybe you used another email and forgot about it. Can you locate your welcome email for your self-serve (not the community) account

@abelhabel  Ok. You did get the "Welcome to Public Mobile" email when you activated your account correct?

@abelhabel  It's possible that there was a typo when you first setup your selfserve account. Best to ask PM to check the email on file for you. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

Note: Moderator Hours are subject to change, but you can always find the current times here
