Trying port a new number over to PM and creating new account along with it. Checking elegibility gives me that message and I am unable to proceed any further with porting this number over. Please help!!

Thanks for letting us know about this!
One thing that could be preventing your port from going through is if your account with your previous provider isn't active anymore. Please make sure you still have an active account and plan with them before porting!
Also, you shouldn't enter any dashes, parentheses or spaces in the eligibility field, only numbers.
If you confirm that that's not the problem, then please send me a private message with your SIM card number, the number you're trying to port + your account number with the other provider and I'll look into it 🙂
