I attempted to change my plan but it suspended my account upon the renewal date and now each time i go and reactiviate my account it says my payment is processed and even gives me a receipt. but nothing changes and it always takes me back to the same screen saying my account is suspended.

make sure PM didn't charge you
Try clearing cache and relaunch browser
Or use Private/Incognito mode to try login and reactivate

Try logging in using a different browser in incognito mode.
Your probably seeing an old cached page of information. Try again 🙂
Don't forget to restart your phone too.
