Someone call me and it went in Voicemail directly

Friend call me and it went in Voicemail directly without ring. how do i solve this problem ?

Did you just port in your number?

When you activate your account, you can call out and text immediately. Incoming calls take 30 minutes to an hour in most cases to kick in.

@pcprajapati  check/try:

• is your phone on DND (do not disturb) setting?
• do you have your calling app set up to receive only calls from your contact list?
• restart your phone
• toggle into / out of airplane mode to help connect to the network
• if other calls are going to voicemail, manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) 

Could be just network related, and hopefully will clear up soon if none of the above helps.

It could be some network issue.  

First, try to reboot your phone and see if it works 

If not, try to reseat your sim card, power down the phone, then take the sim out for a minute before you put it back and power it up again

If it still no receiving incoming calls , try to change the network to 3G Only (or WCDMA only) and see if it helps

Or was your phone in use when he called...thus a voicemail?

HI @pcprajapati   I has been over 24 hours, you still have the problem today?

did you try to reboot your phone?  did you try changing your network to 3G Only (some phones call it WCDMA only or HSPA Only)

And you can make outgoing calls?
