Hey all, my credit card wasn't being accepted until I made these changes
-Put no spaces in my postal code
-Removing my apartment from the adress
-Shortening my address from Broadway Ave north to just Broadway ave
I say never put space in postal code for any online buying. You shouldn't need a shortened address but the payment computer is strange at Public. Usually at othet companies, you get problems if not an exact match as your card statement.
