Hi,
I am having some issues with mobile internet and am wondering if Public Mobile intends to address this issue. I live on Prince Edward Island. In the winter time I have no issues with mobile internet at all. Now, at the peak of tourist season mobile internet is slow or sometimes doesn't even work. I am almost 100% certain it has to do with the high volume of people that are on the mobile net, perhaps something Public Mobile didn't think of. Is this something that Public Mobile can sort out and improve on in the future?
Thanks!

@Melvin89 - try toggling into and out of airplane mode to see if that helps with the network.
Perhaps also, try a reset of your device's network settings.
To Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
Do you know of other Public Mobile customers experiencing the same issues near you?
If not, can you try your SIM card into another compatible phone to see if services are improved...just to rule out a device issue/setting.

Too many people using to little resources.
Can you use Internet in early or very late hours? That will tell you what causes unavailability.

You can very well be correct depending on the amount of towers as well as location, a ton of ppl maybe clogging it up.

HI @Melvin89
Try to change your network type to 3G Only (some devices call it WCDMA only or HSPA only) and see if it helps
Data on 3G for regular plans are limited to 3Mpbs but on 3G , it could go up to 12 Mpbs
But , I still think you should open a ticket with PM CS agent and have them to check the network equipment in your area:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
