I recently switched to public mobile 5g and it was fine first 2 days but now it doesn't even feels like 3g bc no matter if I change the place it still shows no speed at all.it can't even play a YouTube video above than 240p. Thinking to switch after this plan ends.

iPhone should be good and shouldn't have slow speed.
you sure you tried 4G or LTE and 5G On and same?
if so, ask PM to reprovision the account. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Yes, even in GTA speed is slow...
Remember - if you are switching to close your PM account youhave 2 options:
1. Stop paying - remove your CC from the account and tick off Subscribed. After 90+ days due to no pay your account (should) be closed.
2. Port out your number to other provider. Account (should) be immediately closed.

Make sure the old sim card is removed, or old eSIM is disabled
Usually it is best to click Reset Network Settings once after changing provider
if that does not work, try the different network mode: 4G or LTE, 5G or 5G Auto and 5G On
