Experiencing extremely slow data the past few days.Im on a 5g plan and a speed test won't even load.The irony is I am at the hospital visiting my Dad and had to switch to hospital wifi just to send this message.I am in southern NB .Tried switching to 4g and no difference in data speed.Speeds less than 1MB ,totally useless .

It was the hospital itself causing the problems.

It ended up being the hospital itself that was causing the extremely slow data.After some testing in and out of the hospital with 2 different phones on 2 different networks I confirmed it was the building and not the networks.My 5G was well over 100Mbps once I got away from the building and tested this consistently several times problem solved.

Is this issue only near the hospital? There are some weaker areas in cell coverage. Or it the data speed a problem in all locations. What about talk and Wifi? Any issues?

@Helikva There’s been few posts about slow data lately . Maybe try reseting network settings or test your sim card in another phone. But if issue keeps up you can ask support to refresh your account on the back end see if that helps
