There is a massive
outage on the PM system today so don’t worry…you haven’t been hacked.
Hopefully the system will be back in service soon.

@perebozi Did your account get renewed today and you don't have service now? Then it's related to PM having technical issues with the autopay renewal and have been trying to get it resolved, however, without success so far.

Do you find your SIM not working today? did you login to My Account and check if the last 4 digits shows there match your SIM card number?
