@Beelezebub After you replied yes to the confirmation text from old provider and the old providers sim stops working . Then it’s time to test the PM SIM card for out going and incomming calls text and data . adding you get instructions saying it will tell you when to put it in the phone but those steps are backwards I wrote thread in this issue long time ago it only tells you to put SIM card in after you do and confirm full access for the first time so strange check it out
