Can you give us more detail of your issue?
Are you porting over from another carrier or picked a new number?
It is like saying: my car won’t start…it the the battery? No gas? Alternator? 🤷♀️🤷♂️

What is the problem with sim that you experiencing ?

20 minutes later haven't heard from you. If sim is acting up, try it in a different unlocked phone. We really need more info for better help though.
