There are only 9 digits after 891223 and four zero.

how many extra digits? make sure you don't enter too many 0, and I think all PM sims starts with 89122, don't enter it if it is there already

how many digits? you should be using a brand new Public Mobile sim card and never used before
a PM sim should have 19 digits
