My SIM just randomly stopped providing service, not calls text or data available. I’ve tried removing it and putting it back in but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Power off your device by holding down the power button and power off, reseat the SIM and power the phone back on.

HI @kristiangillies try to put the sim in another phone. This can confirm if it is a device problem or not

Is your account status active versus suspended?
You could try your SIM card in another working phone. This helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
