  • I have been using my public mobile for over 6 months and I noticed yesterday that I could no longer make or received calls and the error message appears “NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK”

I am brand new to Public, but have a suggestion that may work. I had the same issue with another provider with the same phone I'm using and initially was intermittent, then became constant. When I took out the SIM, I shot a few quick sprays of compressed air, worked no issue after. Some dust and stuff came out and I believe that blocked the contact

Try resetting the Network Reset setting on your phone.

@Aminat even you didn't change your phone, but for peace of mind, please check if your phone is clean

Go into your settings and try resetting your network settings and then reboot your device.

Also do you have another device to test the SIM card in?
