Hi there, I ordered a sim on the 21st of May and it hasn't been delivered yet. Can you please help me with what should be a possible solution.

To add to this, here are three options to get a SIM card faster. If you choose one of these routes, just scan the receipt and create a ticket with links already offered. Public Mobile will give you a credit for the cost of the SIM card, minus the taxes.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon -  $9.99

Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/

SIM order can take 1 to 3 weeks. 

But since you waited this long already, you can confirm with PM and make sure they have fulfilled the order, or ask them to either resend another one, or arrange for getting another one in person from a local Telus, or Koodo store and then reimburse you the cost

could take as long as 3 weeks for arrival via Canada Post. Quickest is to order from Amazon. If in the GTA area, call Canada Cell Supplies as they have them for about $5.

If you do, message Customer Support to request credit to your account for the additional sim cots.

sim card delivery usually just take a week or max is 3 weeks.  So, it is a bit too long for your wait

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
