My phone is indicating "Sim not activated". No service. Ported number from virgin mobile. Virgin sim is no longer working either.

-Public Mobile SIM card number
-Virgin phone number to port & account number from Virgin

Welcome to PM!
Did you get an email confirmation that your new account is active?
Are you able to sign into your selfserve account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
If yes, and you see the account status as active with the right plan, please verify your sim number.. try and re-enter the sim card number: Plans & Add-ons >> Change sim
EDIT: If this doesn't help, we can ask one of the moderators to help sort this out for you.
