Sim not activated

My phone is indicating "Sim not activated". No service. Ported number from virgin mobile. Virgin sim is no longer working either.

I'm sorry to hear about this, 

 

I'll be glad to look into this for you, here is what I need you to send me via private message:

 

-Public Mobile SIM card number

-Virgin phone number to port & account number from Virgin

* Please do not post private info such as: phone number, account number, pin etc.. This is a public forum.

If you did not cancel the Virgin account, I think your port has hung up. You will need @Shazia_K or @Mary_M to effect a repair.

 

Hang on for a bit longer.

Did you get an email confirmation that your new account is active?  

 

Are you able to sign into your selfserve account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

If yes, and you see the account status as active with the right plan, please verify your sim number.. try and re-enter the sim card number:  Plans & Add-ons >> Change sim 

 

EDIT:  If this doesn't help, we can ask one of the moderators to help sort this out for you.
