piling on....if you happen to be in the GTA, check out Canadian Cell Supplies as they have the Public Mobile sims for $4 right now.
If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area, they have the Public Mobile sims too.

To add to the conversation.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
If you don't receive one within the next week, try these two options and then contact customer service to get a credit to your account to cover the cost of purchasing one.
Another option if you didn't know, you can also purchase an eSIM if your phone can take one. You pay for one and any others needed afterwards are free. Of course, because you ordered a physical SIM card, only a CS Agent can make that adjustment right away.

hi @Dono_1
Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

Please wait until after April 30 which would mark 15 business days. If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact Public Mobile to discuss.
