My daughter can text me and receive my phone call but when she calls me It always goes straight to voicemail. Is this an issue with my eSIM?

how long you have been with PM? and is your daughter with a VoIP provider? If you ported a number, some smaller providers, usually VoIP, would need as many as 3 to 5 days for it to know you changed provider and get to the correct provider.
Try reboot the phone daily and see if anything change after 3 days . But if you have waited 3+ days, ask PM to help and check. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Yes I get other callers and I checked she was not blocked. When I first switched over to Public Mobile my daughter could never call me. My son and husband could/can. I would like my daughter to be able to reach me via phone calls.

What about OTHER callers? Do you get their calls or they go into vmail right away?
Maybe you accidentally blocked her number? Or signal is to weak to system thinks you are not connected to cell tower?
