have you opened a ticket with PM support yet?  If not, check with them and they will be able to sort it out.

Purchased in Canada. This is getting ridiculous, how many times must I explain my situation. I’m seriously considering just going back to Bell.

It’s with public mobile

Physical sim was purchased from public mobile and is not compatible with my iPhone 16 pro max. Tried to buy an eSIM but option not available on the app so tried on website but was redirected back to the app and so the circle continues

your phone may be locked to another carrier, have you checked that it is unlocked?
did you purchase the phone in Canada?

@Sarken US-purchased phone don’t him SIM trays so you’ll need to get an eSIm instead.  You can get one via the Public Mobile spp - either when you are signing up, or if you’re already a member by going to Account and then Purchase SIM Card.
