@Saifi , by chance did you transfer in your number to this service?  If so, perhaps the transfer has not been completed successfully.

@Saifi  So you mean your plan h as 1GB of data and you have used it all up?  Are you in Ontario by chance, there are still some Telus outages due to the ice storm?

Try resetting the Network setting and reboot your phone.

@Saifi   Is data working, or is that out too?  What phone do you  have and is this currently in Canada?
