@mcneilrobin87 Track my order
Normally the sim cards are sent by Canada Post and there is no tracking but because of the postal strike they have been using couriers. To find out what's going the only way is to contact customer service as already explained. If you need the sim card more quickly customer service may suggest you go to a Telus/Koodo store and purchase a Public Mobile sim card there and they will reimburse you but you need to check with them otherwise you'll be out $10. There is no representative to call, Public Mobile support is all online.

@mcneilrobin87 Normally Public Mobile says to give the sim cards 10 business days and if not arrived by then to contact customer service. Christmas Day and Boxing Day and New Years Day cut down the number of business days and then the postal strike (although perhaps PM are still using couriers) adds to that. If it's been ten business days you can try the chat icon bottom right of this page to open a service ticket as @ORNGNBLK suggested, but if that doesn't work for you then send support a private message using this link

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar for Messages if you don't see an envelope.

@mcneilrobin87 you can reach out to a CS_agent by opening the orange chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen, however you may not get too far in the actual tracking of the sim. They may be able to re-send one, but you might be in the same boat. If you’re near or in a major city, plan for a 7-10 day delivery and 10-15 if you’re quite remote. You can always purchase from Amazon for $4.99 as they seem to arrive within 2-3 days (in my experience) If you end up with 2 sims in the end, you can always use the second one to start your referral empire! Hope this helps

The delivery of SIM cards normally takes about 10 business days but because if the statutory holidays. It may take longer then 10 business days.
In the past, members reported it took up to 3 weeks before the Canada Postal strike.
I would suggest you reach out to a CS_Agent and explain your SIM delivery situation.

Any chance you're still being affected by the Canada Post strike? I know I waited about 2 weeks before I was prompted by PM that I was being credited 10$, which is usually what a SIM card costs. I went out and just got my own SIM card at that point. For the record, it's been around 3 weeks now... and I still haven't gotten my original SIM card. Would suggest reaching out to them to ask if they could just credit your account the cost of a SIM card.
