When will the SIM card arrive? Been 5 days since the plan was activated

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

@IsaacYeung your plan may have been created 5 days ago but without a SIM registered to it your plan should not be active yet so it won't start until then. If it's been more than 10 days reach out to a CS agent to see what they can do but there's a pretty good chance it will arrive before then

Can take up to 3 weeks. When I ordered mine it came in 4 business days.

usually in a week after ordering, but could be as late as 3 weeks for small number of people
