I order sim card on 12-Jan-22. It is estimated to arrive on 17-Jan-22. But today the status is still On its way, not out for delivery. How can I follow up where my sim card is? If I know it will take this long I would rather buy it at the shop myself. It takes too long time for just a sim card to arrive.
Morover, it seems impossible to talk to human customer center.

@patarida Not sure if this is still applicable, you might want to try using your order number as the tracking/reference for Canada post as advised in this link:

to arrive is take 7 to 10 business days, from your order,
after 12 business days, from your order, if you don't receive yet then you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent,

Unfortunately covid is excuse for every possible delay or bad service. Delivery time in normal circumstances is up to 1 week. Now... your guess is as good as mine.
You can contact CSA through personal mail but I bet you will get the same answer - no resources to handle shipments...

That is Canada Post for you. Can’t rely on the date of delivery.

@patarida I believe PM Ship SIM with regular mail and no tracking. Could be a Canada Post delay. You might want to wait another day or 2.

are you in a rush to get the SIM for activation? If you are activating $15 and $25 plan, you might want to activate in store at Walmart/Loblaws/London Drugs and they will usually give away SIM for free if you activate with them
