Hello, my phone is ZTE Axon, I've been with public mobile for a while and the service was good until I came back from US recently. In US I bought the CAD 20 roaming package and happened to select T-mobile as the roaming service provider. After I came back to Canada, the sim card can not connect to public mobile correctly. I do see the 4G/LET simbol and I got 2~3 bars of signal. But I can't make calls nor to browse internet. Every time when I try to make a call, there's a voice telling me they can't complet the call, should I call *611 for assistance. I called 611, reviewed my balance and it looks good, but the phone and data services are just not working. Then I borrowd one of my friends' public mobile sim card to check if my cellphone has any problem. It connects to PM in no time, and I can make phone call and browse internet.
Does it look like a faulty sim card? I read from posts saying you can get a replacement for free, how can I do it?
Thanks in advance!

Yeah clarified with mod that avaliable funds does what it sounds like, it's just I need to put more into the account to make the payment, so the funds stays there for me to make up the short... Problem solved 🙂

Thanks guys for your reply! I pmed a mod and it turned out my auto-payment did not kick in correctly.. I must have a misunderstanding of the "available funds" appears in my account. It sounds like that's the amount I have and can be used to pay off the balance, however it's the opposit way? Waiting for clarification from a mod now.

dont think it is a sim card issue but rather the usa addon. I would message a moderator and have them look into your account. before sepending money/ waiting for a new sim card.

hmm depending on how much troubleshooting you want to do vs needing a working phone right away, you can
1) buy another sim from walmart or another retailer, activate it.
2) contact the mods. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened, and ask for a refund for the sim. not sure if that will work.
OR
Contact the mods and ask for a sim shipped to you free of charge. Again, not sure if this will work out or not.

Yeah I also tried my sim card on another cellphone and no luck...The weird thing that confuses me is that I can see 4G/LTE icon beside the signal bars, but just can't make phone call nor browse internet...
