Hey, I ordered Sim card on 1st of this month and still haven't received it? Here is my order number 342381

"patience Grasshopper"...it might take as long as 3 weeks for delivery.
If you have a Telus / Kodoo retail outlet, giv'em a call and see if they sell the PM sim cards.

@sripathivasu7 sim card order from PM could take as many as 3 weeks 😞
you might want to wait till at least after 10 business days,then ticket with PM support for an update
