you could get to a Mobile Klinik or Telus retail in your area and buy a new PM sim. Then message PM Customer Support to request credit to your account for the new sim.

SIM cards can take 2 to 3 weeks to be received, which is about 10 business days. If it's been more than that, submit a ticket to the chatbot at the lower right hand corner of your screen for further directions.

when you placed the order? Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
