Why does my sim card keep locking? I have valid account with no payment issues

So, it is not really "locked" but just not able to connect?? If locked, it will be asking for sim unlock PIN
And is this an account just set up?
Did you try the sim card using another phone?

In your self service account, is your account status active versus suspended?
Might want to try network set of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
If physical SIM card, maybe try the SIM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

No message. Just no service. Tried turning off pbone and usually resets but not working this weekend.

What are some of the details of your SIM card locking? Exact message displayed?
Most customers don't put a passcode on their SIM card so they don't have this issue.
