Why can’t receive my SIM card
I bought a SIM card 5days ago but not received it

Members have indicated that it took up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Faster and quicker just to purchase one at your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store than ordering from PM.
It usually takes 5-10 business days to receive SIM as it is sent by regular mail.
Please wait a week or so and then open a ticket and ask for replacement.
@Tingling Delivery can be slow and there was a holiday on Monday. PM typically says to contact them if not received within 10 business days. If that happens open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
