I ordered my daughter a SIM card almost 2 months ago it hasn’t arrive. App says still in progress. This app service is not user friendly and it runs you in circles. Now it tells me correct the highlighted text…none

Go to any TELUS store and get the physical sim. it will cost $10 and you can start your plan immediately. I have transferred my number from fido to PM yesterday and it took me like 15 minutes to activate my new sim and transfer my number. typically it will take less then 5 hours to activate.
find out from where you can pick up your sim card:
Find a store near to you | Public Mobile
after that you can talk to support for refund for ordered sim card. I assume this is happening due to Canada post strike.

I feel sorry for your daughter being without a phone for 2 months. But on the flip side you saved 2 months payments. But seriously please setup your daughter’s phone by e-sim. With e-sim she’ll be up and running within one hour.

Your going to need to contact PM for a refund. And order one from Amazon much faster. And with the post office strike who knows how long it will take pm if you ordered another one through them.
