My daughter's phone data is not connecting. Can you confirm her Sim card is connected to her account properly.

Login to her account on the PM app or online and check whether she used up all her allotted data.
If it shows she has plenty of data left in her account. Test her SIM on another phone and see if data works. If it does work then Rreset the Network setting on her phone with the SIM in her phone.
If it doesn’t work then contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.

can she make calls? receive calls?
and is that a new account?
And what phone she has? Make sure she removed the old sim card and disable old esim. Her phone should have only PM sim there, enabled and set as Primary. Then Reboot her phone and click Reset network settings and try again
if same, tell us the exact model of her phone
