Sim card is on the way???? Why and who ordered it?

Just received an email like others that there was a sim card shipped, I did not order how do I cancel it?

  I didn't get any "Free" sim card email, hope not many received the email

Concern reported to PM.  Let see what happens.

I got the same email glitch. Nothing was charged to my credit card, as far as I can tell today.

hi this is the newest glitch with Public just ignor it unless your credit card was charged then you need the help of a cs agent to inquire and ask for a refund

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply

looks like it's a system glitch and multiple customers got that email. Maybe  PM just sent the wrong email.

 

Check your credit card to see if PM actually charged you first. If they did charge you, opened a ticket with PM support and asked them to investigate
