Hello,
I did everything Public Mobile and Fizz asked me to do to transfer my telephone number from Fizz to Public Mobile, but I can't receive text messages and I can't receive calls either. I called Fizz and they told me that they can fix it if Public Mobile gives me the demand to switch my accounts. I sent two tickets here and still no response for 3 days... I hope it can be fixed quickly or I'll go back on Fizz.

there is actually a number to reach porting support team. Call them and tell them what is happening and the support team can re-trigger the porting process
