I am an existing customers, phone was working perfectly alright 3 days ago, My Dad also has a public mobile and i checked his sim into my phone, it works perfectly, so no issues with the phone, its a sim. Please solve the problem rather than just reply and ask more questions and waste my time, No problem with the phone, Account is active

@Nkhan - alright, so your account status is Active (you mentioned in another post, that is good).
Are you a new or existing customer?
If new did you try one or more of the below ?
*turn off your phone, then reboot
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings on your device
*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.
If existing, were your services working okay before, and for how long?

Also, it could be just a faulty SIM if you have tried on different phone. How long you got the SIM? if it has been a year, while you exchange message with PM Support (I assume you already open ticket as I suggested in my earlier replies) , tell them it could be SIM error and ask them for a reimbursement for you to get a replacement SIM

@Nkhan You tried the SIM on different phones already?
what kind of phone you have (brand/model)? and what province/city you are at?
And at the time time, try to open a ticket with PM first but we can still try to give you suggestion for troublshooting

If it show Suspended, check when was PM got the money from your account at Transaction history
(https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/), maybe Autopay fails. If so, you don't need to open ticket with PM yet, try to manual pay first. Let us know and we can walk you through the steps

The reason we were asking Koodo was just PM and Koodo both owned by Telus. It happens that Koodo might be showing up as a charge on the credit card and some customers thought it was a mistake and deny the charge and caused service interruption with PM
So, can you login to your Self serve My Account and confirm your Account Status?
You might not need to contact CS Agent and could possible get the issue resolved quicker if you check the status and provide us more informatoin

@Nkhan What is it Account Status showing on PM? Active? Suspended?
And what exact error message showing on the phone status? SIM not provisioned? No Network? No SIM?

@Nkhan : Did you possibly cancel a payment to Koodo a while ago? Have a look at devicecheck.ca as well.
Maybe try the SIM in another phone too. Try another SIM in this phone while you're at it.
