CanadianWoods
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I ordered a physical sim card. It has been three weeks and it has not arrived.

How do I pursue a refund?

Sometimes, sim cards mailed by public mobile via Canada post can take longer. Sometimes up to 4 weeks.

If you purchased a plan you really like and think it is worth keeping, you can purchase a sim card three other ways.

Amazon for $4.99

When you have registered the new sim card, just contact customer service with a copy of your reciept and you'll be credited on your account.

Three weeks is too long.  Please ask PM to check, they will either resend or ask you to buy in person from store and reimburse you
