My service has been suspended due to lack of payment, even though it had always been set for automatic payment. I can’t make the payment on my account. I only get the option to make a new plan. Have I lost my account permanently? I’m trying to fix this issue in order to keep my number. Thank you.

Vouchers come with specific amount.  You need to go to Shoppers Drug Mart and check what amount they offer.  But one that is enough for your plan amount plus E911 fees

@Raquelaraujo  Just pay for the plan plus tax and any 911 fees if applicable to you even if you buy for extra $ the taming balance will stay sitting in your available funds and be used towards your next renewal

Thank you for the reply. I would definitely try the voucher, but I don’t know how much I have to pay.

@Raquelaraujo if you need to resume the service first and don't want to wait for PM to reply, but a PM payment voucher from  Shoppers Drug Mart and load the voucher using *611 on your phone,  or call 1-855-4PUblBLIC from another phone to load the voucher

@Raquelaraujo  Could go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and load the funds *611 to resume service right away . But if you need support to look into why the hang up is you can
