Try the SIM in another phone
Is your unlocked?
Can you put another SIM from another account or providor in your current phone.
Try power cycling the phone

yes i have turned airplane mode off and on again. my status bar just shows No Service. I tried calling *611 but it showed call failed.
i signed up on Oct 26th.
I signed up for the $40 plan
activation number is 80xxxxxx.
account number is 1000000xxxxxxxxx
phone number is 902-xxx-xxxx.
the acivation showed as successful but i am still unable to call/text or do anything and my phone just shows No Service. it is an Iphone 7 Plus

@kasraWhen did you sign up? Did you just port in or open a new account? If you ported where did you port from? Is your phone compatible with the network? Is it unlocked? Not listed as lost/stolen? Did you insert a new sim card?
What plan are you on? Does your account show active in self serve?
What happens if you call yourself? What happens if someone calls you? What happens if you call 611? Does it give you an error? What error does it give you? Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off? Re-inserting sim? Inserting old sim (if you ported)? Manual network search does what?
Nothing at all? So No MMS? No Data? No Text? No network? No signal? Does your phone even turn on or is it just a black screen?
