Signal getting lost

Hi, sometimes my phone connection and my that I getting lost if I’m close to the river . Is there a problem with my Sim card or that’s  a coverage problem?

I cannot submit a ticket to public mobile because the website doesn’t load

do you mean the Detroit River per chance ? I had that issue on a trip to Windsor. Solution is to go in to your phone Settings > Disable Automatic in Network Selection > Manually select only Public Mobile. As you get closer to Detroit, the much stronger US networks are interfering with Cdn networks.

@PSGd  If it works fine in other areas I’d say it’s a coverage issue . But here’s how you can contact support
