Hello,
The signal strength in Sutton, Ontario (Park Rd & Bedford Rd) is abysmal - has always been and is still very poor.
Usually unable to make/take a call. It's better (5G) if I am downtown Sutton.
My phone shows -103 dBm and my husband's phone shows -123 dBm - and that's on a good day.
Today, we received a text from Public Mobile that our subscription is going up $3/month - for what??? -don't know.
However, it is making me rethink my subscription. Is there anything that can be done to improve the signal?
Thanks!

Such craziness.. Chatbot only takes me in a circular argument! Not able to open ticket...just back to Chatbot clicking on hotlink. I have tried all the suggested course of action on the phone with no improvement. Is it just a deadzone?

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

Already tried all the suggestions. It's a Samsung S24 .. I get 5G 2 kms away. Phone rings, but drops as soon as I answer. Was willing to put up with it for the price, but getting annoyed when price goes up without any improvement. Does Public Mobile/Telus even care? Anybody in customer service?

HI @alc99
yes, the $3 increase for $15 plan
but what phone do you have? are you using 4G or LTE or 5G?
try Reset network settings
