Hi, I'm having trouble signing into my public mobile account I don't remember the email i used nor password.

@Melissa7282 - are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status?
Note that after 90 days in suspend, your account will be deactivated permanently and you will have no access to My Account.

@Melissa7282 You can contact the customer support of Public Mobile for them to rectify this situation for you. The best way to reach them is to send them a private message by clicking on the icon that looks like an envelope that says "Messages" when you hover your mouse over it. And then click on an icon that looks like a pen inside a box to compose the private message and write "CS_Agent" in the "Send to" field and the issue as well as the details of your issue in the "Message subject" and "Message box" text boxes respectively. This is the only way to reach them and you should receive an answer from them shortly.

Only a CS_Agent can help you with your login email and password but you should have got a Welcome to PM in the email you activated your SIM.

@Melissa7282 Check all your email accounts and search for Public Mobile Welcome email. If you find it, that's the email you used during activation. Another way is to try entering all your email addresses on the forgot password tool and see which one takes you to the next step of resetting your password.
If all fails, you will need to contact PM CS_Agent.

You can try the Forgot Password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/) and put in any possible email address you might have used. But after a correct email address, you still need to answer the security question
If you really unable to reset password this way, open a ticket with PM support and they can reset it for you

Start with typing "Forgot Login Information ", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
