I still can't receive short code messaging on my phone and it is the only way for my bank to authorize my account. I have text Help to 93557 which is bank alert code, but I do not get a response.

Could it be the bank issue? can't really tell unless comparing to a different carrier.
I don't think I have problems receiving short codes as I have recieved them from time to time.
