Setting number of rings before voicemail

Hi.

I am trying to extend the number of rings on my phone before voice mail picks up. I have tried using the code **61*+15875884002*11*30 (I am in Alberta) but I get a message saying something to the effect that I don't have Talk and to go on self-serve. Can someone please help me?

I figured it out after asking differnent questions with search

I keep messing up with the tags.  How do I set the number of rings?  With this string?

I found out my rings are set to 25.  I want 35 if the max is not 30.

What does dialing *#61# (send) display?
That should tell you what it's currently set to.

I would try in increments of 5 seconds to increase it, and I think 30 seconds is max. Mine is set for 25 seconds, that seems to be the default.

I understand that you would like to extend the number of rings before going to voicemail.

This is actually something that must be done on your device - if applicable. Depending on the phone, calls go to voicemail after about 4 to 6 rings.

How many times does it ring before your vocemail comes on ?

If yes, staff member will see if you can extend ringtones.
