Set up account gave number then it sent code but now it's not there

If PM activation page rejects your SIM card serial number, you can close your browser and start over again.  You may need to wait for an hour if it continues to reject your SIM card serial number.

If you need to go back a page, always to restart your browser again as PM activation page does not handle go back a page well.

@Kelsokkk877 you might have to wait an hour and start again on google chrome browser! I gond that works best. Also don't hit the back button while doing the activation

Did you just activate a PM plan and port your number from your old provider.
