You may have exceeded the allowed payment attempts, triggering a 24-hour security hold. Public Mobile's system is quite strict with these lockouts, so I'd recommend waiting 24 hours before your next attempt.

Since your plan has already expired and cannot use the usual way to pay, you will have to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers.  Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

On top of physical stores, you can also buy online with extra service fess: buy from muskbird.com , ding.com , recharge.com

It could be a cache issue, but with Public Mobile, it’s often a combination of a "finicky" payment system and some specific security rules. The Public Mobile portal is notorious for getting "stuck" on old session data. Try Incognito Mode, this is the fastest way to bypass cache issues. Open a Private/Incognito window and log in there. If you’re using the Public Mobile app, go to your phone settings, find the app, and select Clear Cache.

If you made payment for service then reset the Network settings and reboot your phone.

I tired different payment methods but it doesn’t work. I have funds in my card.
