A tad frustrated here … my subscription had run out on May 30. To renew it, I logged in, checked and confirmed the visa number, and pressed pay now, and after several, several attempts in doing this, each and every time the message is ‘cannot process at this time. please try later.’ Is it possible to get some assistance with this? I just want to renew my subscription, that’s all … my account has been put on hold until this is resolved! Thank you.

Some customers have success with paying via the PM app itself.
You could try a different credit card (if available).

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
Usually people have to wait a day or even longer before you try again. And when try again use both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but as your plan has already expired and you want to renew it now, it is best to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:
