Hi, I signed up and paid for subscription on Aug 18 and set up the phone and SIM card today Aug 20. Now I am being told that my services are on hold. Can someone help me with this. Why is my Subscription Cycle Jul 21, 2024 - Aug 20, 2024 when I only signed up on Aug 18? And how is my subscription already expired?

and you have no service on your phone? reboot it once and check
if you really lost your service , maybe just a system problem somewhere, ask PM to confirm. I don't think you can open chatbot ticket now because of the 2FA, so, please message them:
