I joined PM a few days ago. I can’t send texts (not sent) or make calls (call fails) but I am receiving calls and texts (?)  I also can’t get a hold of a CSA online either to get the problem rectified quickly. Any ideas of how to fix the problems?

hi @ACB2026 make sure your old carrier sim is removed and the old carrier eSIM is disabled 

then Reboot your phone and click Reset Network Settings and test again
