Services is incompetent

I’m trying to pay my bill and cannot get anyone to help me.  I cannot use my second phone hence I’m using this phone to reach out to someone.  I cannot receive or make any calls.  If I don’t get someone to help immediately I will cancel all my services with public mobile and all who I recommend to use the services I will ask them to cancel their services

@Naseeba If you are on Auto-Pay and your service stopped working and are having difficulty making payment to reactivate your account. Hit the ? bottom right and type mod to submit a ticket to Public Mobile and ask them to fix it and reactivate your account.

Can you access your self-serve account? Does it say Active or is it suspended?

Can you dial 611? If 611 asks for money then you're suspended.

Can you text in/out? Can you browse the internet? MMS in/out?

 

The services are entirely competent. You just need to know how to use it. We're here to help.

If you have a valid credit card or Visa debit card registered to Autopay...try dialing 611 with your PM phone to fund your account.

Get a payment voucher from Shell gas stations or London Drugs.

Get an e-voucher from recharge.com or ding.com.
