Hi there am using public mobile sim card from last one year it was really good experience with you guys but this time i have trouble to use my internet plan after rnewing my plan this month my cellular data not working as 4G internet anymore can you guys take a look that will be appreciate thanks?

@Sekhon5670 Did you restart your phone or your network settings? If you have the ability to check the sim in another phone, please do so.

@Sekhon5670 the data may not have provisioned correctly when renewing

@Sekhon5670 what do you mean cellular data is not working as 4G? Is data working at all? Sometimes depending on location, the connection can drop down to 3G.
