are your calling / texting and data features working as expected right now ? If so, could be your regular account is going through the renewal process. If features aren't working as expected...then check with Customer Support as per previous suggestion.

it could also be a network outage. Check the Telus Outage map:

At the moment, there is active outage for mobile service in Thornhild, AB, and multiple communities near Quebec City

My partner and I are also having the same issue. I tried restarting my phone but no change.

Also, login My Account using Incognito mode to confirm the account status
