My account is paid up., ive been with public mobile for a couple of years.  This morning I wake up and my phone says no service.  What is going on

I just reset my network and it seems all is good now. Real strange how that happened all of a sudden.

are your calling / texting and data features working as expected right now ? If so, could be your regular account is going through the renewal process. If features aren't working as expected...then check with Customer Support as per previous suggestion.

it could also be a network outage.  Check the Telus Outage map:
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

At the moment, there is active outage for mobile service in Thornhild, AB,  and multiple communities near Quebec City

or you can also report your issue with PM support.   please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

My partner and I are also having the same issue. I tried restarting my phone but no change.

@RM56 try reboot the phone and check

Also, login My Account using Incognito mode to confirm the account status
